I made the free “purchase” of the Melanie Pet Buddy with my e-store account and a message came in my Webkinz account that I had received my pet buddy, but she is no where to be seen. I realize it will take a while to actually download thousands of Melanies in to thousands of accounts, but approximately how long or how many days will it take before she appears? Thank you for answering my question.
If you haven’t received it yet, can you please email webkinzsupport@ganz.com? They’ll be able to have it in your account within 7 days (there are a lot more tickets than usual because of #OWW).

Thanks Ganz for everything!!! All the prizes are fantastic!!! Thank-you for everything you have done to make everyones’ Webkinz World experience exciting and Webkinz World a great place to play! You all have out done yourselves this year with the added surprise e-store gift boxes with 10 different e-store surprises and now the reward for the Webkinz community effort with the Play Days Rewards. It has been a great year in Webkinz World and I thank all the creative and talented staff of Ganz: you’ve done a great job and Kudos to you all!
OMG this is soo awesome I just got the ruby glittery wings from the estore I always wanted those! this is the most best day ever! another suggestion is maybe we should try doing a delux day where everyone playing webkinz who isnt a member can be a member for one day!
