From January 1st – 12th, celebrate Winterfest in Webkinz World by catching snowflakes! If you see a Snowflake falling on your screen, click on it to win 1 of 14 Winterfest prizes! You can click on 5 Snowflakes a day (7 for Deluxe players). Here’s a look at what you can win:
Snowflakes will be appearing on Webkinz and on the Webkinz mobile app, but you won’t find them while you are playing a game in the Arcade.

I love these so much! I’ve gotten every prize except for the ski masks! I don’t mind the snowflakes taking a long time to pop up because I love playing Webkinz :D
I am reeeeeally disappointed with this years winterfest and the snowflakes. I am on EVERY SINGLE DAY collecting my 7 (Deluxe) snowflakes and I keep getting the same prizes….over and over and over and over and over and over again. I just don’t understand it. How about NOT allowing that to happen? All you’re doing is discouraging players…..and discouraging anyone from bothering with Webkinz any more. Seriously.
I was getting snowflakes the way they should be then yesterday they just stopped falling. Where did they go?
Can’t tell you how extremely disappointed I am in the timing of these snow flakes. Most days I wait between 20-30 minutes before I even see one. Then there is always a long gap before another turns up. Bring back the 6 minute intervals. Even if something didn’t fall every 6 minutes, at least you knew when the next possibility of one falling would come. These are coming after 8 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes…..there’s no pattern to it all. This frustration has taken all the fun out this event.
Is there any way to increase the chance to get the ski hill? Its the only one I don’t have, but the one I want the most!
I have to agree it’s been a bit hard to get snowflakes, they really don’t come often. And when they do come, I get the same 3 prizes over and over again I haven’t gotten anything besides end creek tiles and pants.
i’ve been on almost every day since winterfest started and not a single snowflake. i know lots of other people have been having the same issue. please fix it and extend this part of winterfest!!

i haven’t seen any snowflakes even though i’ve been playing for hours :(
If you don’t see any within 10 minutes, try logging out and back in again. If they haven’t come within the first 10 minutes, staying longer will not make them appear.
I have been playing for at least a couple hours each day the past few days and have not seen any snowflakes floating on my screen.
