It’s me, Cowabelle. Today was our Thanksgiving Pageant at school and I wish I could say that my star turn went off without a hitch but I can’t. Fortunately, thanks to my best friend, Roberta, things could have turned out a lot worse. I think I got so caught up in being the star of the show that I let it go to my head a bit. I know I wasn’t being as considerate of Roberta as I should. I thought she should just grow up and stop complaining about having to be a tree. I mean – not everyone can be the star, right? But maybe I should have focused more on learning my lines than being a star, because today when I was up on stage, I completely forgot my lines and froze! It was horrible – I didn’t know what to do!
