Oh boy! Today was the day everyone has been waiting for – the big bake sale! Have I mentioned how much I LOVE bake sales? Because I do! Especially the baking part!

I like homemade chocolate chip cookies. I also like these cookies that are made with brownie mix and have white chocolate chips. I really like cookies that are brownies and cookies. YUM
Definitley my mother’s strawberry shortcake cheesecake. MMMMMMMMMM!!!!
Oh, and my Oma’s X-mas cookies… she puts candy that look like gold and silver beads! I love them!!
Something that we always like to make at Christmas time–but are SO not good for you:D–are called Scotcharoos. My mouth waters at the name of it!! If my memory serves me right, all it takes is Rice Crispies ;), peanut butter, and corn syrup (I think I’m missing something). You mix it up in a big dutch oven and then while it cools, you put Chocolate Chips on top to melt. OH SO GOOOOOOOD!
My mom makes chocolate chip cookies, with a little twist. She adds mint oil, green food coloring, and replaces the chocolate chips with semi-sweet chunks. She doesn’t do it all the time, but it tastes good!!!
My mom usually makes chocolate chip bars or rice crispie treats. (I spelled it wrong on purpose)

Wow, lillyluvie! At our house, we make those same cookies! There are chewy and sooo good! One of my favorite treats are kolackies, a special Eastern European dessert. (They are pronounced ko-loatch-key.)
