What you need:
- Small rock
- Wire
- Scissors
- Pliers
- Rawhide string
What you do:
1. Wrap the wire around the rock a few times, then twist the ends of the wire together.
2. Using the pliers, twist the wire ends around to form a loop.
3. Cut rawhide string long enough to slip over your head when it’s tied in a loop.
4. Run one end of rawhide through the wire loop and tie it in a knot.
This necklace is really rockin’!
Seems cool…but it seems kinda hard to wrap a wire around a rock….I mean, how in the world are you soposed to do that?! It seems pretty hard….If you ever did it, can you tell me if it is really as hard as I think it is? I would really like ot know…is it really that hard? But really-It looks really pretty, but pretty hard to do. I would rather just buy one at the Dollar Store. It would probably be a little bit more sturdy than one that you made yourself out of a rock and string. Don’t you think?
Flowerdaisy out!
That is so cute!!! I’ll have to try it!
Now to find the right rock! LOL

looks so pretty!
Wow! What a great craft! I’m definitely going to do that! That’s cool and ecological, it’s like recycling rocks to make really nice stuff. I’ve got a bunch of pretty rocks that I could use and it sounds OK. (with an adult) Congrats to the person (people)
who thought of that. Way to go!
Randomly yours,
