Challenge 14: Make a Frozen Treat

 

 

 

 

 

Figure out a healthy frozen treat you can make! One of the easiest things to do is make a smoothie and then freeze it. Just throw some strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and a banana into the blender and mix it up. Pour the smoothie into an ice pop mould and freeze it. You’ll LOVE this tasty treat!

    MMMM… I love smoothies and shakes… my mom found this really good recipe with orange and cataloupe in it… it sounds really refreshing and healthy. I hope my mom tries it soon!

    You can put frozen banannas and frozen grapes and the pink dip that sometimes comes with fruit and blend that up and you have a delious fruit smoothie
