Today’s challenge involves getting active! Try doing stuff like running, playing a sport, or skipping! Remember: it’s more fun to be active with a friend!

    I did this earlier today and I am soooo tired. I’m usually really active and all, but I ran a 5k today and it exhausted me. Unfortunately my time was well over 15 minutes, but still, I think being active for 10 solid minutes twice a day might be healthier and leave you feeling better.

    Easy, and I agree that it would be great with a friend, save for the fact that my friends don’t live next door. They can’t come over every day to play. I sure wish they could… ^~*SapphireSea*~^

    I like to play volleyball. Lucky for me our apartment complex has a sand volleyball court where you can always find a pick up game going on. My mind doesn’t think of it as exercise, but it is.
