Hi there, it’s Sparky! Okay, we’re all doing this cool Lifestyle Challenge and I came up with a really good idea for us. We should all try cutting out added sugar for a week! That means no sugary cereals or candies. And no baked goods with added sugar, like cookies or cake.

It’s okay to have natural sugars, like in fruit which is good because I love fruit. And my Uncle Arte told me that we can substitute the sugar in baking with honey or maple syrup so I’m gonna try making cookies for the ‘Kinz that have no sugar.

I wonder if I can go a whole week without a single candy. Wish me luck!

This will be fairly easy. I never have white sugar because it’s bleached and brown sugar is just white sugar with molasses added to it. I use evaporated cane juice and honey. This really won’t be that hard for me.

I’m not sure if I’ll be able to do this challenge, :) But I did do the water challenge :) and I run 5K’s at the YMCA 5 days a week, so I’m actually really healthy :)

when you want a sugary dessert, just put peanut butter on an apple, it tastes as good as and cake, and it’s REALLY healthy!

Then I guess most people won’t be making the recipes here on WKNewz since probably 75 percent have added SUGAR. ha ha

This will be too easy, because I don’t usually eat added sugar. :)
