It is I, Chef Gazpacho. As you know, I’ve been working hard on Plumpy’s engagement brunch. It’s going to be such a delicious event! One of the tastiest (and healthiest) recipes I’m going to be making is fruit salad. Here’s my recipe!
What you need:
(This recipe serves four)
Large bowl, ½ cup each of: strawberries, grapes, raspberries, blueberries (all washed and patted dry), tangerine wedges, peach slices, cream cheese, ½ cup icing sugar, 1 cup whipped cream
What you do:
- In the bowl, layer the fruits.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, icing sugar and whipped cream. This makes a nice dressing for the fruit salad.
- Serve the fruit salad in fancy dishes and put a dollop of the dressing on top.
- Enjoy!

You could also put in oranges and maybe mangos. Oh, and definitely coat the dressing with coconut flakes. Nothing does without coconut flakes! And maybe you can add some coconut jelly. It would really taste goooodd!!! ;-) :-P

I love fruit salad too! I always eat fruits and veggies! Its better to be healthy than sorry. ;) They dont just help with health, they help make your skin fresh too. So you’ll feel confident! (I always add mango to my salad) :mrgreen: Hope your jaw will get better soon.

i’m in lack of vitamin c, so my jaw is KILLING me right now. i’ll definitely make this (with extra ORANGE SLICES that they forgot to add) and i think it’ll taste good and ease my jaw. (and help my vite C)

Add Kiwi for even more vitamin C. They are one of the highest of any fruit, plus, easy to chew for your achy jaw :)
