i found the ad and it wont let me collect my free snowball >:( it also wont let me get my think pink prize or enter the bull terrier contest!!!!
Help I have won my tree but everytime I try to bring it from the dock Webkinz says they cannot contact Webkinz and they log me out. What’s wrong??
Oh, that’s happened to me before, and it SUCKS! It’s happened to me when I try to invite a friend over, does the same thing you say, and logs me out! So. What you do is you just keep waiting and waiting for days and days (mine took about 8 days to recover) until it stops doing it. I’ll add you on Webkinz!(: So I really hope my advice helps you.
I understand maintenance, but this will be the 4th time I do not get my snowball for “expired campaign. I only needed today’s and the one from tomorrow from Webkins news and webkins to get my prize. It is so frustrating. And the snowball does not come later. Barb
