Friends since: Sparky and Alex have been friends for years, but have recently become more like BFFs. April and Alex met each other a couple of years ago (when April moved in next door). April recently moved across town, but she and Alex are still BFFs – they email each other almost every day!
Favorite thing to do together: Sparky and Alex both love nature; Sparky loves to hike through nature and go for adventures, Alex loves to investigate nature and learn about science. April and Alex both love to collect rocks and read books.
Favorite color: Sparky loves green, Alex loves blue, and April loves magenta.
Favorite subject at school: Sparky loves gym and math, April loves gym and drama, Alex loves science, science, and more science.
Favorite thing about each other:
Alex: I think April has got an amazing personality – she’s so outgoing and confident! She’s also got a huge imagination. I like Sparky’s love for adventure, and the fact that he’s always willing to stop and collect rocks and plants for me to examine. Also, Sparky is always happy to stand up for something he believes in – I really respect that.
Sparky: My favorite thing about Alex is his curiosity. He’s never happy to just accept something – he always questions it and wants to know more. That makes him a great person to go on adventures with!
April: My favorite thing about Alex is how smart he is – and that he knows EVERYTHING about nature. Seriously, this guy is like a walking encyclopedia! I mean that in the nicest way.
I love Sparky!!! He is so cute and he loves all the things I like! I’m not a total adventurer, but discovering things with friends can be quite cool and interesting. GO SPARKY!

That’s nice. I am like April because I love drama and gym. My favorite color is purple, so it isn’t too far away from magenta.Then all my friends say I have quite the imagination and that I am very outgoing. So I think that I relate to April in that way too.
