Hi there. I’m Alex and I wanted to share the dessert that I am making for the Kinzville Academy Bake Sale. I just love bananas so it’s one of my favorite snacks!
What you need:
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 overripe bananas, mashed
- An adult assistant to help
What you do:

Have your adult assistant preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9×5″ loaf pan with non-stick spray.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Add butter and mix until mixture resemble crumbs.
- Add bananas and eggs and stir until just mixed.
- Turn into loaf pan and bake for 55 minutes.
This is a great way to get rid of leftover bananas!
This bread is SUPER. And tastes very GOOD! I’ll bake this many times!

Lol I’ve made banana bread SO MANY times before! It’s a great thing to do with very ripe bananas so they won’t go to waste! Almost all those ingredients are exactly used in the ones I make. Rock on Alex Tiger! Say hi to April Monkey 4 me lol!
