Wow! What an honor! Elwin and I have been called upon to do some designs for the Webkinz World-renowned Henrietta Hippo Theatre. The Green Room is where performers wait before their cue to go onstage. The space needs to be a calm, relaxing place where actors, singers and musicians can put the final touches on their costumes and make-up and collect themselves before a big performance.
This is the Green Room now. With the dark walls and white floor it’s a got a bit too much contrast for my taste. And the Blooming Couch and Charm Forest Mirror are very busy. We want performers to be able to really relax and feel at home here.
Here is Elwin’s take on the room. He’s put those Chandeliers to good use again. The light green paint gives the space a much more relaxed feel. He replaced the small mirror with a Big City Window. How chic! He paired a couple of White Silk Sofas to create a relaxing seating area and made one corner for snacks, another corner for costume storage and he even put a sewing machine in for emergency alterations. A couple of plants add some much needed life to the space. I think that you could really concentrate on your upcoming performance in a room like this.
I agreed with Elwin that the room needed to calm down a bit so I chose the gentle coloring of the Green Striped Wallpaper. Like Elwin, I went with a wood flooring but I lightened mine up a little to go with the Green Leaf pieces that I used throughout the room. In addition, I also used the White Silk Sofa and by the fridge I added an eating area with the Fresh Glass Dining Table. I put in lots of costume storage with the Pop Diva closet and added a make-up prep area in the corner.
I think that both Elwin and I have come up with options that will be more relaxing and instill confidence in performers while they wait to go on. What do you think?
Elwin’s for sure! His is much more relaxing with those white couches. Hailey’s is way, way too busy and confusing and unorganized and just not as pretty to look at. Great job, Elwin!
I vote Hailey because her room is a good place to do any last-minute preparations for the show.
This room goes to Hailey. With the open windows and the sewing machine for quick repairs she has it all covered.

Elwin’s hands down… The colors that he uses are amazing, and they make the room feel open and spacious, and the colors go great together… Hailey’s is much stuffier… And more mismatched
wow, i really like hailey’s i love how she use the green leaf pieces to put in th green room, it create a very relaxing theme, and as for elwin i like how he put the plants in the room, it was an exxxxxxxellent idea, but overall, hailey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A+++++++++++++++++

I liked what Hailey’s room had in it, but I think Elwin’s is more practical for this design…….. I don’t know who’s gonna win this thing. It’s close every design!

Hailey’s because it is really awesome, but it was definitely a tough choice. In the beginning Hailey was losing chairs or Elwin made things too dark or too green for the school office, but now they didn’t make any mistakes. And when I saw HAILEY’S ROOM I thought Elwin did it, I’ve been picking him a lot, except I may not after his mess-up room at PJ’s. Great job Elwin and Hailey. You’ve done so well and gotten better and better, as you went along. But want to know my favorite designer??? BOTH of you! I like the rooms you design together way more. It has a relaxed and modern touch(from Hailey), and an energetic, vivid, and sorta wild touch,(from Elwin). When you put those techniques together, you get an awesome room.
