What you need:

-          1 cup butter, softened

-          2 cups flour

-          2 teaspoons baking powder

-          1 teaspoon salt

-          1/2 teaspoon baking soda

-          ¾ cup brown sugar

-          2 cups raisins

-          1 egg

You will need an adult assistant to help you with this recipe.

What you do:

Preheat oven to 375°. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Combine butter and flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add remaining ingredients. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes.

Allow to cool and then dig into these rocks!
