‘Tis the season for camping, right friends? Even though it’s been a tough summer for me so far, what with my brother touring and having a BLAST living life as a rock star, I’m still trying my hardest to design rooms. It hasn’t been easy. I just haven’t been very inspired. For inspiration, I decided to take a look back at last year’s cabin design that Elwin and I did. What do you think of it?
Ah, those were the good old days. I just miss Elwin so much. Maybe he’ll come home to visit soon. I sure hope so.

Don’t worry Hailey. Elwin will be back before you know it. SugarComet’s right, you should call him. It will help you feel better to know how he’s doing and what’s new. Also, it might help with inspiration. You could create a room for him as a welcome home present!
I think to make an awesome cabin make the walls, floors and furniture out of wood. The furniture can be made out of logs. It would look awesome and cozy like a real cabin! Maybe even add a Teepee for a fun little extra!

Its really nice except i don’t think it would be a good cabin. Maybe a bedroom.
I think the Cave Theme goes with the Campkinz Cabin Wallpaper but I think you should do the Country and Western Theme too :) (By the way I looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooove your room designs!)

I’m not so sure about it. When you go into your cabin, you want something cozy and homelike, but with a bit of funkiness for some fun. This just doesn’t have that. The whole caveman room theme isn’t working for me. Maybe some of the country themed furniture, but with a slash of neon colors for some brightness.
Hailey, if you still aren’t in that “mood” for designing- I still think you should contact Elwin for inspiration. He could help you pull through all the jumble of messes! About this cabin, it’s okay- but you can do better on this, and in the same time I know you can! Meaning it hasn’t exceeded my expectations, but it’s fine as it is. Your choice of the prehistoric theme (I thick that’s what it’s called) was well chosen because of it’s nature-y feel to it. Then, add some detail/pieces that match with this theme that you’re going for. Like- for instance- what about some rustic or kind of ancient things? Or maybe adventurous keepsakes? Just make it interesting! Keep in mind that you want the campers to feel at home, so make it inviting. I would put a fireplace to keep it cozy. Or if you don’t want to do that- add one particularly wild piece, so that the campers housing there remembers the cabin by that thing. ~§ugªrC☼met✽
I agree @SugarComet, 1st of all, I think that the room should be a lot cozier (like @SugarComet said), like maybe add a tent or fire pit, or something cozy like that. 2. I think she should at least try to contact Elwin, I mean come-on, at least try Hailey! It will be okay! 3. Just keep trying Hailey, and you will achieve where you want you goals to be at! I agree with @SugarComet and @nihao9. Hailey, I’m sure you’re feeling a bit lonely without Elwin, and I can just tell. Why not just contact him? Just try, Hailey! If you do this, you guys might be back doing something together. And about the room, it doesn’t look very cozy. Not trying to say that it looks bad, it’s just that the room’s not that cozy. You should put a fire pit in the middle of the room, maybe a few more couches, and the beds don’t go good in that room, but the room’s still good….kind of. And BTW, I know that you can do better than what you’ve done here, Hailey. I can feel it! ;) ~Chicago Made☠

I’m sorry, but I’m being honest, it’s kind of what that room looks like. And the room doesn’t look cozy at all. Hmm…..I can tell that you’re a bit lonely with Elwin, huh, Hailey? I feel bad for Hailey, I hope Elwin and her work something out. I agree with @SugarComet and @nihao9, I think Hailey should call Elwin for inspiration! About the cabin, I don’t like it. I wouldn’t want to sleep in there. Mostly because I’m not a big fan of that room theme. -Stargazer

That’s a little too much and too bright for a cabin in my opinion. But don’t worry Hailey, I know you’re having a hard time right now, but Elwin will return soon. ~Phoenix Wind~
