Thanks for the email last night. It made me feel better just to hear from you (and Roberta, of course! I kind of wish I was at your sleepover, but we’ll have another one when I get home, right?).
Anyway, guess what happened this afternoon? Polly and I actually had FUN in the Big City! We went to see a musical. It was so great! I had never been to a musical before, so it was very exciting. The sets and props and costumes were so colorful and gorgeous. The musical was very funny and the singers were so talented. Polly said that she used to go to the theater all the time when she lived in the Big City. I reminded her that Kinzville has the Henrietta Hippo Theater, but she pointed out that the one in the Big City is a LITTLE more extravagant.
OK, true. Also, it’s a lot larger.
I managed to totally NOT get lost today, and I actually hailed a taxi! I think I might just turn into a city girl before I leave.

Hooray for you Molly! Sounds like you are adapting to big city life! I *LOVE* the theater and my cousin will take me there when I visit her in the city. Somehow, there, it is just so magical – the costume, the set designs, the staging of the performance, the actors and actresses and musicians and singers …. I *LOVE* it all! All the best! MDIChickadee

Yeah, and as soon as Molly turns to a City Girl, it’s time to go back to the country! And when Molly gets used to the country again, Polly wants to go on a second vacation to the Big City! LOL ♥

i like musicals ONLY if its live. i have NEVER seen 1 bfore but it wud b cool if i did. i almost did though. my sis’s school had a musical on THE WIZARD OF OZ and we almost went 2 c it. good thing u didnt get lost!!!!!!
