Ms. Stripes’ Bathroom

Ms. Stripes said that for her smallest room, she wanted to get a lot of kick for her KinzCash. She asked us to create a glamorous bathroom where she could get ready to face the day. She figured that by creating an environment that felt extra-special, she would walk out the door feeling great every morning.

That is the kind of assignment my brother and I adore! We went with the Beach House Wallpaper and Campkinz Cabin flooring. You may think Cabin Flooring doesn’t sound very glam, but look how well it goes with the decadent bath we installed, the Internal Reflections Pond. That was our big focal point. Then we added some pieces from the Mega Modern theme. We knew that we had to finish off with a couple of real statement pieces and that is where the Wondrous Wall Chandeliers and the Hippo on a Half Shell painting came in. They gave us the WOW! factor we were looking for.

Ms. Stripes is thrilled with it! Elwin and I are hoping that maybe with such a fabulous place to start her day she might lighten up a bit on the kids at school. What is up with that anyway? I love Ms. Stripes! It just doesn’t jibe with what the kids are saying.

LOVE IT! I don’t like it as much as the other rooms, but that’s because you can’t do ANY better than like, Ms.Striped bedroom. It was EPIC! : ) :-)

Wow. I never knew themes so different could clash together to make something so insanely cool! I think the toilet looks a bit out of place though. Good job guys! Riki

I think if they put the mega modern dresser next to the toilet instead of the sink it would look better. The toilet needs something tall next to it, and the sink and mirror area looks too crowded. Love everything else, especially the wallpaper and chandeliers. Very nice! ~DP

I love the bath too! And Hailey, maybe Ms Stripes is a nice person but isn’t a nice teacher.

      • Northwestern...is going to remake this room says:

I’ll have to make some substitutions, but I’m going to make it work. I love the aleutian blue gray color of the walls

yeah , me too . I think I’ll use the beach house hot tub instead ; maybe add diff lighting too. THNX FOR THE GREAT IDEA !!!!!!!!!!

Northwestern, that’s how I think of all their designs. As my bathroom is, it kinda has her description I guess. My bathroom you could say is very highend, with a few birthstone items in there as well. It’s not super matching, but it’s all eStore so it kinda fits. The colors do match though, of course. -Moonstar◙◙◙

          • Northwestern...it'll be a challenge says:

I have to change it so that it’s all wshop and curio shop, because I don’t have estore, but I think I know how to make this one work.

          • Moonstar says:

Hmm, I would use the eStore Mall Flooring and Wallpaper. I would add 2 stainless steel counters too. Then have the W Shop white toilet, white sink and white tub. I would use the Tai looking mats from WShop and maybe add a peaceful eStore Spa waterfall. -Moonstar◙◙◙

It’s like some sort of rule. If the teacher’s not nice, she’s not nice at all. That goes with one of my teachers, but my other teacher is super nice! She’s totally chill and out there! And the bathroom looks pretty WOW, but the toilet’s kinda blah. The bathtub however looks really nice! ~Tiff

I love that bathroom, and I do have that Internal Reflections Pond in my Cafe Room, and I love it. But about the bathroom, it looks awesome, but it feels….kinda fancy, doesn’t it? It seems too fancy to me. And why put a poster in a bathroom? A poster doesn’t go with a bathroom, I’d have to say. But Hailey, you’re giving me some room ideas for my new room I’m trying to fix up. ;) ✘Chicago Made✘

How can I get the spa tub I haven’t seen it before I am fairly new ?

    • Becky71W says:

It really needs a shower. Not everyone has time to take a bath before work. Showers are way quicker in the mornings. Baths are better in the evenings after a long day.
