Chef Gazpacho and Chef Sophia here with a YUMMY recipe for a snow day! Get your adult assistant to help you whip up this treat.

What you need:

2 cups milk
½ cup whipping cream
½ tsp. vanilla
¼ cup powdered sugar
3 ounces chopped white chocolate
½ tsp. cinnamon

What you do:

  1. Have your adult assistant help you to warm up the milk in a pot.
  2. While the milk is warming, have your adult assistant help you whip the whipping cream. Gradually add the vanilla and powdered sugar.
  3. When the milk is warm, add the white chocolate and stir constantly.
  4. When the milk is hot, have your adult assistant pour it into mugs.
  5. Top each mug with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of cinnamon.

Enjoy!

Ooh, this sounds SOO good! I’m going to ask my mum to make this. Well at least for my brother and I. My dad cannot STAND white chocolate. He’s crazy!

Yummm! I absolutely LUV hot chocolate! I make it all the time after I’m done sledding down the hill in my backyard. And sometimes (if its not snowing too hard) I will go to my neighbors (who live 5 blocks away! which is a lot in the snow…) and go sledding down their hill. Their hill is SO huge and very steep! You can get going really fast down it. :D :D ;) ;)

I opt to just buy the whipped cream in the can than to make it with whipping cream. It takes too much time

        • Northwestern...fighting bronchitis says:

Wow, I’m not feeling to well, so I could go for some of that, although I’d just buy the redi-whip instead of making whipped cream

          • Boston ROCKs...we've really had it this week so far says:

It was raining like crazy after school, and Northwestern got stuck at my house. I kind of got mad at her when she told me to stop my CD player, because when she’s sick, the electric guitar really hurts her head. I feel bad now, we both love electric guitar music, and if it hurts her, I shouldn’t be talking about my fav bands when she can’t listen to it
