Probably they used these because so many people have nut allergies. But hey, what about dairy!? Dairy allergies are almost as common!

BTW Sunny (sunflower seed) butter is SO good, when I tried it the first time between my mom, sister and I we ate the whole jar.

I love almonds and they help lower cholesteral.
But I really like pb,j + fluff it’s the best with strawberry jam.
Did you know jam has fruit in it and jelly is just the juice from the fruit.
I like almond m+m’s better than peanut m+m’s.
Has anyone tried the new margerine with cinnamon sugar in it for toast?
We are now on our second tub of cinnamon margerine.

I love almond butter; it tastes great and it’s really good for you. Instead of making peanut butter cookies (my little brother is allergic to peanuts), my mom makes almond butter cookies. They are SO good! So if you’ve never had almond butter before, try it! You might have a new favorite treat!
