It seems sometimes you don’t really know who your friends are until you try to make them something for Christmas! I am extremely annoyed with Cowabelle right now. She was SO down on the fact that I’m making my gifts this year. What’s wrong with being crafty? Would she rather get something from the W Shop that ANYONE could buy? Well, actually, don’t answer that. I know the answer is yes.
I just really wanted to make this year special, but I don’t feel very much like crafting today. Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow.

but the crafty ones are special and usually find the selves incorporated into holiday decorations the following year. I have presents that my kids made 24 years ago which have been turned into ornaments for the tree. and I get to re live the memories all over again. Where with store bought things they end up in the recycle re use pile. I HAVE two back massagers which hurt to use as well as 2 foot pedicure things. all just taking up space in the closet. HOME MADE IS THE BEST
I agree, Roberta. Cowabelle doesn’t know anything when it comes to putting love into a gift. If you guys are really friends, then you’d think that she’d know how to appreciate you more. I’ll tell you one thing for sure though: You are definitely on Santakinz’s nice list.

Oh, Roberta. I really do hope you feel better. I don’t know how long it will take for Cowabelle to realize how special hand-made gifts are, they come through your heart with care and actual friendship, but ignore her for now! She will realize how special Christmas is soon. I also don’t think she should treat it like a day where you get a lot of stuff. No, it’s a day where you’re happy.
Hopefully this Christmas will turn out wonderful, even though it doesn’t look like it from our perspective!
