Okay – it’s me, Sparky. I am kind of freaked out right now because Cowabelle talked me into trying out for the school play, Robin Hood. I am really nervous right now. I had to memorize some lines for the part I wanted and in a minute I have to go up on stage and do it in front of Ms. Cowoline. She put Salley and me together to read our parts so we’ve been practicing. Salley is really good but I keep forgetting one of my lines. I feel so embarrassed because there was one line I just can’t keep in my head, but then Salley had an idea. She went and got a marker and wrote that one line on the palm of my hand. She said when we get up there, if I can’t remember I just have to look at my hand. Pretty neat, huh? I’m just so nervous I hope I don’t sweat it all off before we get up there!
A lot of my friends have tried out too. Molly and Stoogles just auditioned together and they were great! Purr-cilla auditioned with Alex before that (poor Alex!) and I hate to admit it, but she did a really good job too. Ugh – can you imagine if I got the part of Robin Hood and Purr-cilla was Maid Marian? What if I had to kiss her?
Uh oh, gotta go – Ms. Cowoline just called our names. Wish me luck!!!

I noticed a lot of people are “freaked” because Sparky MIGHT kiss Purr-Cilla. I mean, yeah, it’s not really appropriate for younger kids, but it’s not a big deal. Little kids kiss their parents all the time! And so do I! :D
ya i know if that did happen he would only have to kiss her on the cheek and that isn’t just the worst thing EVER and i highly doubt that they would have a little kid do that anyway

if you go to school you could see if you could get into your drama club or home schooled try out for them at my local theater when hear about them they are soo fun! :D

Yuck! I would not be able to audition because i would freak out! It would be fun though oh and i wouldn’t want to do robin hood. My cousin and i recently pretended to be robin hoodies the girl version of Robin Hood and it was so much fun.

I love to be in plays too! Except we only do Christmas plays. One time our music teacher said we would do Willy Wonka but we never did. Oh well.
ooh, lucky you!!! due to a HORRID music teacher grade 4 and 5, no plays in my school! we got a new music teacher this year though, so i hope we’ll do a play!
In our school it rotates. Primary does Chrismas, then Elementray does Spring. Then we switch. This year, Elementray gets to do Spring!
