Tea Party – Finger Sandwiches

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What you need:

-          Bread

-          Butter

-          Mayonnaise

-          Cucumber, thinly sliced

-          Peanut butter

-          Jam

-          Hard boiled eggs

-          Grated cheese

-          Tomato, thinly sliced

-          Salt and pepper

 

What you do:

1.       Cucumber sandwiches: Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on two slices of bread. Cover one slice with a layer cucumber slices. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper. Cover with top slice of bread and cut off crusts. Slice into three equal strips.

2.       Peanut butter and jam: Spread one slice of bread with peanut butter and one slice with jam. Put two slices of bread together. Cut off crusts and slice into three equal strips.

3.       Egg sandwiches: Peel eggs. In a bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread egg mixture on one slice of bread. Cover with another slice of bread. Cut off crusts and cut into three equal strips.

4.        Cheese and tomato sandwiches: Spread a thin layer of butter on two slices of bread. Top with grated cheese. Cover cheese with a layer of tomato slices. Sprinkle with a bit of salt and pepper. Cover with top slice of bread and cut off crusts. Slice into three equal strips.

    My favorite sandwich is roast beef with mayo cheese & sometimes cucumber the best way to eat it is with potato chips IT’S GREAT!!!
