What you need: construction paper, glue stick, stickers, markers, pompom, craft glue
What you do:
1. Cut a 6-inch diameter circle out of the construction paper.
2. On one side, cut a slit halfway through the circle.
3. Use your glue stick to put a line of glue down one side of the cut.
4. Wrap the glue-y side around and make a cone shape. Hold the seam in place for a few minutes until the glue dries.
5. Decorate your pet’s party hat with markers and stickers – and use the craft glue to secure a pompom on top!
