Why wasn’t there an announcement in Webkinz News about 50% off estore points on Thanksgiving day? I thought they would be discounted today, so missed them completely. Guess I won’t be getting any estore points until Webkinz day now, well maybe.
Estore points are usually half price on Cyber Monday. You might want to check then.
I purchased the deluxe membership at 50% off and saw that this purchase was accepted. However, I did not receive a code for the webkins kitten or any estore points. Is there a delay in activation?

What is something I can purchase from the W Shop during the Black Friday Sale for 2000 eStore points or less that is tradeable/sendable via KinzPost? Alternatively, what are items totaling as close to 4000 eStore points as possible that I can send via KinzPost?
Why aren’t the Legacy Mystery Clothing boxes available in the W shop? They would be the perfect thing to buy with my one account that is Deluxe and has a few eStore points on it. The Super Mystery Bags are available, so why not the clothing boxes?
Why are the Black Friday sale items not showing up in the sale section of the Wshop? I’ve been saving my monthly points for this, and now it’s looking like I’ll have to buy more anyway.

I don’t think ringneck1 is specifically referring to the hourly sales. What about the other things like the hamsters, Candykinz, and legacy clothing boxes?
Yeah, there’s only 6 pages of “on sale” things at the Wshop, and I KNOW there has to be more. Not only that but a ton of those don’t have their pictures loaded.
I purchased a 1 year Deluxe Membership earlier. It charged my debit card the full $45 instead of giving me 50% off and I did apply the Promo Code. What happened?

Cynthkinz, please try to get a credit card, even if it’s one of those limited ones, from your bank. It is dangerous to buy things online with a debit card. Your bank account could be hacked. I have a friend who does this and it scares me.
Ganz eStore doesn’t accept straight debit, so this must be a debit Visa or Mastercard
Just to make sure – if I buy a year deluxe membership today, and enter the code at checkout, will it cost 22.50 dollars instead of 45.00? thanks!
That is correct. I usually use the deal on New Year’s Day when Deluxe is 50% off. 22.50 is how much I pay.
correct, that’s how I buy my membership each year. It is confusing since it does say the full amount where you put credit card info in but once you go to the next page it shows correct amount if you did put in code on previous page.
If I purchase a one year Deluxe Membership will it automatically upgrade my account or can I buy it now and use it later? I’m wanting to go ahead and buy one now and use it in January so I can get the 2021 Super Deluxe item. Also when I click the upgrade button it says I’m not eligible to purchase one. I am new to this so I don’t really know how it works.
If you buy it as a code, you can use it whenever you want. You’ll get the super deluxe item for the year you redeem the code. If you currently have an active membership, it will not let you renew/purchase immediately and you’ll have to purchase it as a code. Be sure to turn off auto-renewal if you do not want it to renew automatically.
When I click upgrade, it still says “Sorry, you are not eligible to purchase Membership. You can only buy virtual items/pets with the existing points in your account.” I’ve never bought a Deluxe Membership before.
