PLEASE!!! Let the “Mystery” boxes be available for MORE than just ONE DAY! This is the second box I’ve missed due to having to do REAL WORLD stuff!!!! Why are we being “punished” for having a REAL life outside Webkinz World? I can remember when I first started playing Webkinz with my granddaughter. I was working and didn’t get home until late afternoon, so I missed every morning and early afternoon items/games/prizes, etc. Once I got home there were things that I needed to do like, clean/cook supper/grocery shopping/laundry/and more. Now, I’m retired, but I still have REAL WORLD stuff to do! Sometimes I just don’t have the time to get online, especially if there is only ONE DAY where an item, like this mystery plant box, is available! How many players miss this because they are working in the REAL WORLD? I REALLY love getting these Mystery plant boxes, now I’m behind 2! Yes! It’s nice to get them before they are available to others…BUT… PLEASE find a better way for us to get these boxes! When will they all be available for us to purchase if we miss getting a Mystery Box? :-/
Hmmmmm… eStore not opening for me today… weird… maybe I will restart my computer and try again later…
Asking again. I tried again to design my tree. I can get it designed from the sapling and saved, but when I try to plant it I get logged off Webkinz. Help.
Are you on the browser version? I don’t think the trees work on the browser version yet. Otherwise, please send an email to webkinzsupport@ganz.com so they can investigate

GANZ eStore – For Deluxe Wednesdays when you have the Planter Mystery Box Series Pre-Sale Could you please show a picture of what the patio plant looks like. I would be more tempted to buy the item if I knew what I was going to get, lately I have no idea what the patio plants will look like.
I have wondered this, also. I know it says “Mystery.” But, what are the possible ones that the box could hold??? Have never bought them, either, because of that.
