Hey Webkinz Team! This is very off-topic but my Deluxe account expired a few weeks ago and for some reason I still have it. I just wanted to know why thats happening cause I’m very confused.
Did you have it set to auto-renew? I know that’s sometimes a thing that happens
I think it’s just glitching. It keeps telling me it hasn’t been renewed, but it expired awhile ago and it usually just would go away but it’s almost been a month and I still have it.
frozenelsa5, I had a similar problem recently. My Deluxe membership expired, but every time I tried to enter a previously purchased Deluxe membership code I would get a message that my account already was Deluxe. I had to email “ganzestorecs@ganz.com”. This was their explanation and how they fixed it: “There was an older Deluxe membership still active on the backend, but we have gone ahead and turned this off. You will be able to redeem your new code now.” I hope this helps you.

I see your reply, and accepted your request. So happy! Will send plushies soon! My friend list is waaaaay too full after all of these years, and probably at least half of the players no longer play. I will need to do some weeding this summer, as it is daunting to send holiday gifts to almost 500 people (it takes literal days for me!) If I pare down, it will be a much easier process to gift actual active friends. Thank you for making an exception for me! I hope to see your eventual room design on Michael Webkinz’ feature!
