Does anyone know how to make the classic app smaller on a MAC? or at least move it around so it does not take up the majority of the middle of the screen?

I shoppe got snowman ress and cookies, When I went to get more cookies MY ACCOUNT was close own said I had not been useing the account!!! NOW no one answeres phones at EStore. OK That was last weekend .I also got the high in the SOPHIE ITEMS , At this rate It isnt lookinf good since they wont let me shop !!

Hi – does anyone know if there’s a way to mute the desktop app?
If you’re on a Windows machine, open the Desktop App, then hit the Windows key to bring up the taskbar. Click on the Windows icon in the left, click on Settings, go to System, then click on Sound. Click on the App Volume and Device Preferences button under Advanced Sound Settings. You can then set the sound for the Desktop App specifically. Unfortunately, Mac OS does not provide a way to adjust sounds on an app by app basis.
I managed to get to the dress, shoes and head piece from the last ones but there was no way I was reaching the pet. Too bad you can’t continue with just one collection cause I loved everything about the last one. This one I could take it or leave it.
And too bad there’s no way at the e-store to see how close you are to getting a reward. It may entice me to spend more if I knew how close I was.

I asked this once, how we know how close we are and was told you have to go through all of your purchases and add up the ones made with credit card. I was told that’s how they have to do, they have no system that keeps track. I find that really hard to believe. She could not tell me how close I was without putting me on hold (this was over a year ago before C-19) and adding it up by hand or in her head. She didn’t seem to want to be bothered and told me it was just as easy to do it myself. I agree, if we got a prompt to tell us how far we are to go or better how close we are, we might just buy some extra points or something.
These are some pretty cute and cool items, but the prices are- whew! That money could and should be spent on much better things.

Oh my goodness! That ‘bubbly blue wallpaper’ (page 11) in the Sale! section under ‘New and Promos’ in the Wshop is calling to me! It’s saying pop me, come on, I know you want to! I could never have that in my real home. It would be flat in minutes! LOL!
Oh and Sophie that new Royal Majesty stuff is really awesome! Does that crown have a veil? That new Signature Barbet is so shaggy cute – I just want to clip a barrette in it’s hair so I can see it’s eyes!
