Congratulations Puppy789! Sadly, I forgot to purchase the half price deluxe yesterday. I was out for most of the day and forgot that I saw on Friday that it was Black Friday in May. I really wanted that fawn they were offering. Not that I really needed a new pet. I have so many that I haven’t activated yet, it’s a little ridiculous. But she was so pretty. I bought my 1 year Deluxe Membership during the sale that went on last year and it’s supposed to renew on the 13th. Will it renew for the same price I paid during last years sale or for the sale price this year?
Renewals are at the full price. If you want to take advantage of the sale, cancel your existing membership renewal and purchase a new one as a code. Apply the code when your current membership runs out.
I love the sale on deluxe. I just purchased it but I am having an issue. I was charged full price and did not receive the pet. Who should I contact regarding this issue?
