    I can’t login. I was randomly logged out, and when I tried to get back in it just stayed at the login screen.

    I purchased the one year deluxe membership, but I don’t see a code for the pomeranian in my email?

      This happened to me as well. Go to purchase history, and on the deluxe purchase line, on the very right (it can be hard to see) it says +details. Click it and go to the Teacup Pomeranian photo. Under it should be your adoption code!

    I don’t know if this is on purpose or not but, when I put a shirt on the Teacup Pomeranian, only a sliver of it appears. When I put pants on it it completely disappears, even when it’s in a room!!!

    Totally off topic I know, but I went to Forums and didn’t really understand how to post something. I wanted to suggest that Webkinz put out a mask to purchase to shield our pets from the C-19.

    I’m so disappointed, I got the Origami waterwheel I wanted so bad for a long time and got it to my room and guess what? Yep. You guessed it. It doesn’t work. When you click on it it disappears. Please fix these items or at the very least, make a note that it the animation is disabled so that we can make informed decisions BEFORE purchase. Thank you.

      I have the same problem with the Origami waterwheel and the Sushi Bar. There are some other items as well but can’t remember right now. I think these are older items using Flash. Not sure why they don’t work now because Flash doesn’t run out until 2021. Sorry you have the same problems!

        Thanks! I don’t play in a browser. They are so problematic. I use the desktop app because that’s what they made for us to use after Chrome/Firefox stop using Flash altogether. The app has a lot of issues also so I hope they improve it. I just don’t understand why some things work and others do not as it all runs on Flash. I do feel strongly they should let you know when something doesn’t work so you can decide if you want to spend money on it or not.

      Hi KarenaJ, mine doesn’t work either, I got it years ago and suddenly it stopped working, when I click on it disappears, I’m surprised they continue to offer it. I bought a molten lava volcano ride last year and it doesn’t work either and they have not fixed it and yet continue to offer it too, some other specialty items that I bought years ago don’t work anymore.

    Webkinz world keeps logging me off. This game has the worst servers I have ever seen, it seems to have non-stop issues any more.

      Are you on a wireless connection? If the speed drops too much, it can cause the site to disconnect.

        It’s not my internet, it only happens on webkinz world.

          More people would be affected if it were a server issue. Perhaps try a different browser

            Webkinz World doesn’t work properly on most browsers. I have one browser that it all actually loads correctly on, so choosing a different browser is not an option. Seeing as there is usually a steady stream of people having one issue or another trying to use webkinz world, it’s not just me who has issues with it and I am not just speaking about today when I say that. I have a friend who is also having connection issues today. Nothing has changed on my end from yesterday to today and only webkinz is causing the problem.

            Sorry you’re experiencing these issues. I’ve sometimes had issues if I’ve left browser windows open for too long, as they often have memory leaks. Things tend to bog down at that point.
