    I don’t want to say bye, to summer just yet. But I am really exited for, fall! It’s so pretty and I love all the colours! But here in Canada it gets cold really fast. :( Too bad. I will not say bye to summer not that quick. It is still 22 outside right now but, it will get really cold soon..sadly. But I am exited for the sale! I have been waiting for this for a while now. Now I can get my dream pool on Webkinz! Thank you so much! Brooklyn.

    Does webkinz customer support answer their emails, because I have wrote to them 3 times in over a week about a problem I’m having in webkinz. Nothing is being done to fix it, and no one has contacted me.

      They do indeed but they are currently experiencing a high volume of emails. They will get to you as soon as they can.

        Sally Webkinz, does customer support know about the problem with us not being able to open our KinzPost mail on some of our accounts? I can not open 3 of my 6 accounts KinzPost. When I try, I get kicked out of the game. (I am using the Webkinz App on my PC.) Friends are sending me gifts that I can not get, nor can I reply to them, as I don’t know who is sending me things. I don’t want them to think I’m rude for not replying or ungrateful for the gift. I emailed customer support, but it looks like my email won’t be answered for a long time. I do understand they are busy, but we REALLY need to know what is going on. Could you PLEASE have a big post on the front page (top of the page?) here on Webkinz Newz, that keeps us updated on problems and issues and what is being done to fix them. It is REALLY frustrating when we are often left in the dark when things are going wrong here. Any help on your part will be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

          I really like your idea @alucard! They could post a PSA banner in the important information box. “We are aware of the current problem with _____. We expect to have the situation fixed by ______.” That would probably cut down on the email backlog. I think it would be great to receive regular updates on bugs and fixes right here on the front page of the Newz. I hope they take your suggestion. I think that it would save them a lot of work/hassle in the long run, and it would probably help everyone to be calmer while they wait. Kind of like the estimated wait time for restoration of service when the power goes out. When you know what to expect, you can plan accordingly, and maybe be a bit more patient. :-)
