      I’m interested in adopting a virtual Gypsy Vanner to go with a custom plush that I made. However, I don’t currently see it listed for adoption. Does anyone know when or if the Gypsy Vanner will become available again?

      Hey I just reactivated a 7 year old account and I noticed many of my pets were missing. Will they show up after a few days because I just reactivated it or can I not get them back? Thanks in advance.

      Sally Webkinz, please help! I communicated with the support team, about the missing loot bag, and in their reply, was told that my pet would be reset. They have since removed my new pet :( but failed to send me a new code, the original one I was sent is now invalid, and I’m having trouble with my yahoo mail. I cannot reply, cannot compose, and now HAVE NO PORCUPINE! Please, can you help me straighten this out? I do not know what is wrong with my email, but the only alternative I can come up with is to send support an email from the account I set up, to access ganz. It is a different account ( mail) but, I do not know what to do.?! SOO sad. I want my pet back!

        As mentioned elsewhere, you’ll need to wait at least 24 hours. If you’re still experiencing issues, we can try to get this sorted on Tuesday.

      I adopted a porcupine on February 1st and I didn’t receive any of my pet of the month special items. Is there anything that can be done?

        When you went to your room after adopting your Porcupine, you should have seen an awarding interface. You would have received a W Shop coupon, Wish Token, SPREE dice, as well as a POTM Exclusive Item at that time. The Loot Bag itself is not currently appearing in the dock, but you should have received the items. If you did not, please contact customer service at webkinzsupport@ganz.com

          I understand about the loot bag, tho’ I wish we had been alerted, about this. However, I did not receive exactly those items you mentioned. I did receive my PSI, a 500 kc coin and bonus spree rolls. These items are, of course, now also missing, but I don’t care about them, I just want my pet returned!

        Whatever you do, do not let them “reset” your pet! When I inquired about the missing loot bag, support team REMOVED! my porcupine, said it was to be ‘reset’ but never sent me a new code. My original code is now invalid, my yahoo mail is not letting me reply nor compose a new message, and I now have NO PORCUPINE! I am so unhappy about this and don’t know how to resolve the problem. Hopefully yahoo will decide to work and I will be able to ask for a code! I just want my sweet pet back. His room is empty and I am forlorn! ( missing special activities, too, darn it! )

          It can take up to 24 hours for the Secret Code to be available to use again once it has been reset. It will not be available immediately. If 24 hours have passed, try sending another email to CS (you can use a different email address and just explain the situation). Monday is a holiday in Canada, though, so you won’t hear back from them until Tuesday at the earliest.

            Yes, Sally, thank you; will go try code again. Sorry about multiple postings! Wasn’t sure everywhere would be moderated, over the weekend, so was covering all the bases. I’m really impressed, that you even saw these, since last night! Friday, and all! If still having problem on Tuesday, will post on contest winners thread. Thanks. L.

            When are you going to post more of the signature pets in the Estore? I want the Black Footed Ferret, Bengal Tiger, Clouded Leopard, Orange Tabby, Polar Bear, Red Wolf, Raccoon, Jaguar, Arctic Fox, Golden Retriever, Giraffe, Cheetah, Penguin, Mountain Zebra, Timber Wolf, Pig, Mountain Dog, Siberian Husky, Lynx, Panda, Lop Bunny, Black Lab, and Calico Cat.
