  When I try to use a coupon in w shop I click on use a coupon and drag it up to the correct spot for the item I want to purchase and it will not let me use them Very unhappy

      That’s not right we’ve missed out on some of the more expense christmas items and the itchited spelled wrong i’m sure because we couldn’t use coupons so not right.

  I want to use a coupon for an item that I need to buy in a quest, but when I drag the coupon it won’t take. Can I use a coupon when buying items?? Thank you for your help.

    What item is it? Some items (estore items) can’t be purchased with coupons.

    I’m having the same problem. Can’t use coupons to buy any items in the W-Shop, but the coupons do work in the KinzStyle Outlet.
