    anyone got the NEON TUTU? i’ve searched everywhere and can only find 2 things I’m sure of black vest retro rainbow belt. help me find the last peice please try every thing PLEASE!!??

      Everyone ask in comments and suggestions and go to bottom to find Plumpy’s place, then ask for a hint on the neon tutu, then, we have a better chance of getting another hint ;) :) :D !!!

      I really want to figure this out too! Im pretty sure a black vest is in it and maybe the ruffled skirt. I hoped this will help to find the answer!

      I don’t know. . . . the flip flop’s side matches the waist of the neon tutu I haven’t tried it yet and will when I have the time.

      Well… you must use clothes that were around when the Neon Tutu mas made.

        yeah and the flip flops came out after the recipe (people have tried black vest plus the flip flops plus everything and they got patchwork) WE MUST SOLVE THE DAZZLING NEON TUTU! ;)
