  I forgot my webkinz password. I had the same password since I started my account many years ago, and then was made to change it after the security breach.I can’t remember the new password. I have already e-mailed support twice, but no one is getting back to me. You used to be able to access your account again with one of your pet codes, is that still possible? Can someone please help?

    Honestly I’m curious about this myself; I went to check out my account and I thought I remembered my password but I was wrong and foolish and have been punished for my hubris
    My account is still attached to an email that never gets emails from Ganz for some bizarre reason (not even in the spam folder) too, so I can’t reset my password that way

  Hi, I’ve been trying to complete some of the challenges from the side of the key. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been having some issues with certain challenges and I’m looking for help. For the “Build Your Own Kinzville” challenge where it says “move 2 items around the map,” I’ve done this countless times and it won’t register that I did. For the “Go on a Canoe Trip” challenge, Lilypadz doesn’t work. Any advice is much appreciated!

  ive been off webkinz for like SEVEN YEARS and im so glad i decided to give it another look. its comforting how so much is exactly the same! ive really had fun introducing my children to it all. but there are a few things i dont see anymore. firstly, Wacky’s Logout fun is no more. Also, did the mazin hamsters get retired? that was fun! my blue hamster SmurfBerry has been sitting on my desk all this time! Next, i cant even tell you how much i miss the Pet Of The Month music videos!! every once in a while its such a treat to sing along with Piggy Plum Pie and Tiger Tiger and “most of all i like the dog with the bow in her hair”! I miss those so much! i heard that MR. Ganz actually sings on the videos; is that really true? so cool! FINALLY, Webkinz Road Trips!!! i was so lucky to be able to go to TWO of them! one was a three hour drive away but SO worth it!! i still have my prizes i got, all organized in a special webkinz box that i decorated. im grudgingly sharing it with my
