none of your **TIPS*** are helping and I still can’t access my account to play and I am a deluxe member

The room page is the only page that view wrong. Estore is fine and news is fine. Why can’t they fix the main page? They don’t respond to CS requests by e-mail either. Why would I pay for Deluxe for years?
PLEASE can you fix this?? This doesn’t happen with any other web page.
I have 4 accounts and cannot get into them at all now. Two are deluxe and two regular. Have been playing for years and am very upset
when I try to log in it starts to show a room, but then goes to a frozen screen..either dark or a blue square

Ridiculous! I’m trying to introduce my young grandkids to Webkinz but I’m having NO luck. I have an old account from years ago that I had with my granddaughter who is now 18. It’s been about 12 years since I’ve tried logging in but I was excited to share this with the little ones. I bought an animal and was trying to recover my password and user name from before but couldn’t get in so I decided to start a new account. Although leaving the 25 plus animals behind from before was painful. I STILL can get in, even after it says I’ve been accepted. What’s the deal???
Please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com. Please be aware that they are currently experiencing a backlog and will get to your issue as quickly as they can. In the meantime, I would suggest trying a different browser or the Desktop App. Your old account likely no longer exists, as we are required to delete accounts after 7 years of inactivity.
