How to Change Your Web Browser Zoom or System Font Sizes

 

 

In order to get the most out of your Webkinz World experience, you will need to make sure your web browser zoom and your system font/display size are both set to 100%. If you need assistance with changing these settings, we have links to instructions for the most common web browsers and operating systems you may use.

    every time I log on to webkinz I keep getting a black screen, even though I changed my web browser zoom, and font size multiple times. what should I do?

    Ridiculous! I’m trying to introduce my young grandkids to Webkinz but I’m having NO luck. I have an old account from years ago that I had with my granddaughter who is now 18. It’s been about 12 years since I’ve tried logging in but I was excited to share this with the little ones. I bought an animal and was trying to recover my password and user name from before but couldn’t get in so I decided to start a new account. Although leaving the 25 plus animals behind from before was painful. I STILL can get in, even after it says I’ve been accepted. What’s the deal???

      Please contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com. Please be aware that they are currently experiencing a backlog and will get to your issue as quickly as they can. In the meantime, I would suggest trying a different browser or the Desktop App. Your old account likely no longer exists, as we are required to delete accounts after 7 years of inactivity.
