I wonder what Salley’s problem is. Today I invited her over to see all the cool gear I got for my Christmas ski trip and she said she didn’t feel like it. Um, hello? What’s not to feel like? I mean, I am totally pumped about this trip. You’d think that as my best friend, Salley would give me a little more support, right? She should be just as pumped as I am.
You don’t think she’s jealous, do you? Maybe she resents the fact that I get to go on this awesome trip while she has to stay home in Kinzville for the holidays. Wow. That would be pretty small of her. I mean, what kind of a friend put herself first?
Anyway, it’s fine if she wants to be like that and not check out all my cool stuff. I’ve got a captive audience right here that can’t wait to see me in my new finery. It’s called a mirror.

Maybe she was making stuff to give to people for Christmas, this is a busy time of year and he is probably reading something in it that isn’t there. Saying she doesn’t feel like it is so vague but it could be she has some sort of surprise for him and doesn’t want to let it out of the bag. Maybe his family invited her family along???
