Chef Sophia’s Pink Desserts

Sophia

Hello, dear readers! It’s me, Chef Sophia. I’m so happy to be here to tell you all about the delicious desserts I’ll be making for the Pink Party! I’ve been working hard to make sweet treats, and now I’d like to share the recipes with you! Your pets will adore these scrumptious dishes!   First up, how about some Amora Supora? This tasty dish is made from something sweet and squishy, a tart red fruit and something hot and red. Cook this up on your stove and your Webkinz will eat it up!   Bellatart is one of my favorites. This dessert is made on your pet’s stove, and it’s made with something creamy and bubbly, a small cake and a sweet red fruit.   Strawberry Jiggle Torte is SO yummy and refreshing. To make a torte of your own, use your pet’s stove and pick up something sweet (and jiggly), something white and sweet (and squishy) and something that has both dairy and fruits in it!   Fruit Berry Crepes – These tasty crepes are so delicate! To make these (on your pet’s stove), pick up some berries that are blue, some … Read more

Summer in the Sun Contest

Congratulations to Morgan, April, Sarah, Ray and Kali! They’ve each been awarded a Lazy River Ride. We wanted to know where the sun would go on vacation — and here are the winning entries! I think the sun like to retire from always being soo hot and would love go to somewhere freezing cold for a change like ANTARTICA!! He could build icy igloos and he could build huge snow balls so if the mean snow monster attacked him he could throw snowballs at him, and he would leave the sun alone for a while. The sun would like to build a snowman to keep him company. The sun would be a very good friend to all the penguins, seals, and polar bears and all the other animals. He would like to make snow angels. He would make tasty snow ice cream and it would be his new favorite food. He would never be cold, so there would never be any need for a warm coat and he could lay out outside his igloo. But since he’s one billion degrees he would melt all of Antarctica and there would never be any snow. So he can’t live in Antarctica. He … Read more

Pink Pizza

This recipe uses tortillas instead of traditional pizza dough. The result is a pizza with a thin, crunchy crust. What you need: -          2 large tortillas -          ½ cup tomato sauce -          2 tablespoons sour cream -          ¾ cup shredded mozzarella -          An adult assistant to help you with this recipe What you do: Have your assistant preheat oven to 375°. Place tortillas on baking sheet and bake for 2 – 3 minutes. Combine tomato sauce and sour cream. Spread over baked tortillas and sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.   This is a yummy pink snack that is easy to make – you could even add some ‘pink’ pepperoni.

Pink Party Prep

SalleyCat

Hey everyone! It’s Salley here. I’m writing today because Molly is SOOOO busy! You would not believe how much work that girl is doing to make this party a success. She’s been helping EVERYONE make decisions, buy stuff, and decorate. Which brings me to what we did today: we assisted Fluffinton in making his ballroom beautiful! The ‘Kinz (and about twenty other volunteers) moved tables, arranged chairs, hung streamers and banners, and made sure Fluffington’s house was spotless! I think that in terms of décor, the only thing we have left to do is blow up balloons –which we won’t do until right before the party. I’m getting SO excited – this is going to be amazing!

A Leafy Afternoon

Sparky

Sparky here, dudes! We had an epic afternoon at school! We got to spend the whole afternoon outdoors. Ms. Cowoline gave us a challenge. We had to go out and find as many different types of leaves in as many different colors as we could. When we came back we would have a competition to see who found the widest variety of leaves, who found the biggest leaf, who found the brightest red, etc., etc. – you get the idea, right? So I went exploring in Kinzville Park. I was determined the win with the biggest leaf. I searched and searched and searched. There was one leaf that was bigger than my hand. That WAS pretty big, but not big enough.  Then I found one as big as my foot!  Big – but I was sure I could do better. Just as I heard Ms. Cowoline blow her whistle letting us know it was time to line up back at the school, I saw the most gigantic golden maple leaf I had ever seen, hanging from a high branch. I had to have it. I jumped up trying to reach it, but it was just too high. Then I … Read more
