I am so pumped! It’s me, Polly, btw! My mom and dad just told Amanda and me some big news – we are going to the Big City for Spring Break! Which would be awesome enough (I used to live in the Big City and it is WAY cool) but get this: they said that we could each invite a friend. Oh my gosh! This is going to be so awesome. Taking one of my friends around the city and showing them all the cool sights? What could be more fun than that? Um, hello? Nothing, that is what. The only thing was that it was kind of a tough choice, deciding which friend to invite. I mean, all of the ‘Kinz are so cool, right?                       By Chef Gazpacho Friends, this simple recipe for cinnamon buns couldn’t be quicker or more delicious! I just know Plumpy’s going to love it. What you need: -          Store-bought pizza dough -          Butter -          Brown sugar -          Cinnamon -          An adult assistant What you do: Have your adult assistant preheat the oven to 350° and grease a baking pan with lots of butter. On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough to a large rectangle, to about ¼” thickness. Leaving a border of about 1/2” all around, spread the dough with a generous layer of softened butter. Sprinkle butter with lots of brown sugar (about ½ cup) and then sprinkle a good helping of cinnamon on top of that. Starting at the long side of your rectangle, roll up your dough into a long log and spread the outside of the log with butter. Cut into 2” rolls and place, flat side down, in the pan. Spread the top with more butter and sprinkle with more brown sugar. Bake for about 30 minutes.   These gooey, delicious rolls are especially good served hot from the oven.
