Cowabelle Cowoline: Queen of the Easter Parade?
Dear Diary, You’ll never, ever believe what I found out today – there’s going to be an Easter parade. And they’re looking for the QUEEN of the parade! Someone with charm and poise and acting ability to ride on the front float and basically be the mascot of the whole thing! Why didn’t they just come and ask me directly? I’m pretty much the perfect cow for the job. There are auditions in two days and I’m so super-excited. I’m a great actress, so I’m almost guaranteed to get the part. I convinced my mom to let me get a new dress for the parade – and maybe even a new hat and some jewelry! I don’t know how I’m going to sleep tonight or tomorrow night. This is awesome! Craft: Paper plate Easter baskets
Roberta here with a really simple and fun Easter craft! If you want to make a cute basket, here’s how. What you need: Paper plate, acrylic or watercolor paint, paintbrush, stapler, cardstock, stickers, Easter grass What you do: Paint the front and back of your paper plate. Take your paper plate and cut eight slits in it, like this: Pull the flaps of paper so they overlap each other. Staple in place. Keep doing that (like this): And eventually, you’ll end up with this: Staple a handle across the top and decorate with stickers (use stickers or pieces of paper to cover up the staples). Fill with Easter grass and goodies!
