Hey Salley Cat? I have myself a problem with my Webkinz account. I keep trying to complete a quest in the Adventure Park, but there is nowhere to dig (I have already dug it all up). I keep coming back day after day and they haven’t reloaded the spots. And Borris, who I am doing it for, keeps telling me to look in those 2 rooms I have already dug in for a MONTH now. Is anyone else having trouble? Please Help!!

I’ve had this problem in the past and tried to contact the customer support and nothing was done so I just don’t go to adventure park any more :(
Happened on 2 accounts I had Customer service is where I wrote they fixed 1 fast the 2d it tool a few days but I also sent a 2d request for them to fix it. I fugure they get busy like us :)

I wish you would fix the school recess merry-go-round, you can not get the wheel to spin.
DebbieWebbie59, could it be that your dock is too tall? Try collapsing it, and see if that helps. ;)
You may need to hide your dock, similar to what is necessary for spinning some of the other wheels. Hope this helps!
I’ve collapsed my dock and tried to reconfigure my screen size to access the school recess merry-go-round… And nothing I have done works! Any other advice?

Why can’t deluxe members spin the wheel of wishes anymore? And how can we win the August deluxe item if we can’t spin the wheel?
The Wheel of Wishes is now found in the Wish Factory. I usually have to close my dock to spin since it is in the bottom left corner of the screen.
THAT DAY Pet of Month had WHEEL of Wishes on the Daily Wheel. When Pet of Month has a wish spin there . The DELUXE Wheel of Wishes does not work in the Wish Factory. Only messes up when the Pet of Month has a spin on the Daily Wheel. Sally finally listened to me today and heard when I explained it. MAYBE she can get them to fix this. I hate to get cheated.
