IS ANYONE ELSE locked out of their estore account? Mine says it has been so long since used need to contact CS, yet I had already used account more than once today!! Please say if is a system problem so I can sleep tonight–was unable to get through to a real person on phone this afternoon…

I sent so many Valentines letters with different heart stickers. On Valentine’s Day. And I DIDN”T GET MY BADGE !!!!!!!!!!!

I have searched my email over and over. I cannot find what I need to do to verify my account. I try very hard to be part of contest to help all of us to win the contests. I am very sorry that I do not know how to use my phone, obtain and respond correctly. I try very hard. I will keep trying if you will not give up on me. Thomas died and he was my family, my teacher. Is there a book I can purchase that helps learn all the parts of Ganz webkinz, Ganz deluxe etc,
