Adventure Scouts Summer Challenge Update: If you are playing the Adventure Scouts Summer Challenge on the browser version of Webkinz Classic, you will earn your Earth Scouts Gift Boxes and hats after completing each step. However, you will only be able to design Enchanted Trees on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App. Drag an Earth Scouts Gift Box into your room to choose an Enchanted Sapling. Then, download the Webkinz Classic Desktop App and log in to your Webkinz Classic account. Now you can drag the sapling from your Dock into your room and start designing your Enchanted Tree!

I am having the same problem as Oneyellowlab with the saplings.
When I drag the sappling into my room, design it, say I’m finished, the game says Webkinz world can’t connect and logs me out. Every time.

Hello Sally Webkinz, I’m having an issue with trying to complete the Kinzville challenge by playing tile towers in the browser version. It does not show the kc that I have earned towards completing that section of the challenge. I don’t know how to report this issue other than to tell you about it, so thank you for your help. It’s very strange because playing tropical troubles on the browser version works just fine for showing the points that I’ve earned, as long as I’m playing on my desktop computer. Using my iPad to play the browser version nothing happens when I try to play tropical troubles the monkey never moves. He just sits there and gets attacked by all the bugs.
Thank you — the browser version will not work towards the challenge as it appears that the mobile version of Tile Towers was converted rather than the desktop app. So it is technically not the same game. You will need to complete that part of the task on the desktop app.
Hi, when I put the sapling in the room, make the customizations and hit save my webkinz closes. When I log back in the sapling is back in my dock. I’m using an iMac desktop and this problem has been happening for a few days. I hope you can help! Thanks

Does anyone know how often the litter in reappears in the park? Or is it just random? I have been in one of the parks and got 3 litter pieces as they were appearing but that is few and far between….
Dear Sally, I made a huge mistake tonight when I went to open my first earth box. I ended clicking up clicking on the X by mistake because I was half falling asleep. Is there anyway you could send resend me the first challenge gift box to reopen and claim one of the prizes ? Please…. 9delicious12

The patio set is one of hundreds of rare items that could appear. It may take a while, since they are randomly selected and don’t generally appear more than 3 times a day. The poncho is one of thousands of items that could appear every hour. It’s more likely to appear because it can appear at any time of day, but that doesn’t mean it’ll have a high percentage chance of appearing.
