There’s an important update to how you do Peek-a-Newz!
Going forward, Webkinz Newz users who are trying to award prizes to different accounts will need to clear their internet browser’s cache in between each attempt to win their prize!
Please note:
To award Peek-A-Newz Prizes to multiple accounts, please log out of your GanzWorld account, clear your cache and complete the Peek-A-Newz as a NON-logged in user.
*Remember: All Webkinz Newz events are reset after 24 hours (and not at midnight) so you will have to wait a full 24 hours from your last prize redemtion until you can win again.
In order to clear your cache, just follow these simple, browser-specific directions.
On Google Chrome…
- Click on the Google Chrome Control Menu button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Tools > Clear Browsing Data
- A new tab will open; make sure ‘Empty the Cache’ and ‘Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data’ are selected in the check boxes.
- Click ‘Clear Browsing Data’ and you’re done!
On Mozilla Firefox
- Select Tools in the top menu.
- Select Clear Recent History.
- When the pop up window comes up, make sure that you select an appropriate time range to clear and that the Cookies and Cache boxes are checked.
- Click Clear Now and you’re done!
On Internet Explorer 9
- Click the Gear at the top right corner of the settings menu.
- Select Safety > Delete Browsing History.
- Make sure Temporary Internet Files is selected. Uncheck all of the other boxes.
- Click Delete and you’re done!
On Safari
- In the Safari Menu (top left) click Empty Cache.
I liked it better before. When you didn’t have to do all this AND you didn’t have to wait 24 hrs from the last time you did it. It rolled over at midnight. Not at all liking any of this!

I agree completely. Plus I liked it better when you logged into WW and it told what prizes you had won. I never know whether I won the prize or not
I agree! And what happened to video challenges?! I also miss treasure hunts. I don’t like the new Webkinz Newz at ALL!
I so agree with you. And I miss the quizzes & surveys too. There isn’t that much to do on here now.
I agree. It also seems like there is a lot longer of a pause between contests than before. There was always something fun to do. Now not so much.

Still getting “Campaign Expired”. Pages do load much faster. I do not login while I am searching for the Peeks. It’s not worth it to me as I don’t want a specific WW account tied to my login.
Can you please move the ganzworld reward button on the left side of the page. When I go to click something beside it I end up on the rewards page.
Yes, please move the reward button. It’s especially annoying to be playing in the arcade, and when you click in the general area of the left screen, it leaves the game you were playing for the rewards page. All money you earned form playing the game is then lost.

I’m using Mozilla Firefox and it worked fine for me. Finding PJ is easier and so much faster, the pages seem to be loading in no time at all. I played peek a news for three different accounts and had no problems at all. Thanks Ganz!!
Having the same problem with internet explorer… I’ve cleared the cache before signing in and after signing in. When I find PJ the required 5 times, I get the “expired campaign” page – even though no prize has been awarded for today. Thank you.
We have tried clearing the cache and history on firefox and the internet explorer, it does not work. we cleared it after each search which is a pain, and the floating snowflakes do not work either Please fix the problem we did not have these problems with the old format. Thank you
Tried ,still doesn’t work, it still is bound to the account that I did the first time , for all events. I have tried three times. Please find a better way to fix this , or tell me how I can unbind my one account from WKN.
This is absolutely ridiculous. Why do I have to do that in between each prize? I guess I will no longer participate more than once
Maybe that is their intent, to make it a chore, so we only want to do one account.
When I spent moneyz earned on my account, it become bound to Webkinz account I sent the gift too. To get any Peek-a-News, Floaty Clicky or ad prize for my other Webkinz account I need log out.
I have the same problem and do not like the way this works. Clearing cache and cookies should change this. I have several accounts I want to send things to.
