The Fantastic Flower event has arrived in Webkinz Next! This is your chance to team up with other players to win awesome prizes!
Here’s how it works:
Every two hours on the EVEN hour Eastern Standard Time (12pm EST, 2pm EST, 4pm EST, etc.) you’ll see a notification that ‘The Fantastic Flower has bloomed in Kinzville. Help it grow!’
That’s your cue to head to Kinzville Park. Look for the flower table with the ‘Join In’ message and grab your water cannon pack.
Walk toward the flower and start blasting, using the controls on the right to aim.
When your pack runs out of water, find a bucket nearby with a ‘Fill Here’ message and click on it to refill your pack. Hit the green target line to fill your pack faster.
Once your pack is full, head back to the flower and start blasting again!
When the Fantastic Flower blooms, the three players with the top scores will win prizes including KinzCash, and a random flower. The top two also win a Flower Path Potion you can feed to your pet to create a trail of little Fantastic Flowers in their wake for 20 minutes. The next four to 20 players earn 200 KinzCash just for participating!
Please note: The Fantastic Flower event runs for 30 minutes every two hours. If the event ends before the Flower blooms, each player will receive 50 KinzCash for participating.

I had so much fun playing this last night! While I didn’t win any of the top 3 prizes, the 600 KC was certainly welcome (I played 3 times before it was over, winning the 200 KC for each time). :)

Sally Webkinz is says in the article The Fantastic Flower event runs for 30 minutes every two hour. I have played countless games since the event started I have never been able to play for 30 minutes. When playing I’m waiting for the event to begin and always play until it ends. My experience of playing as soon as three games are played the event is ended. During the daytime when more people are playing it usually takes approximately 10 minutes to play 3 games. In the early hours of the morning 2:00am and 4:00am there are not too many player usually takes 20-25 minutes to play the three games. As soon as the third game has been played flower blooms and prizes awarded event is ended.
It may not start a fourth if it’s too close to the 30 minute mark.
Webkinz next is becoming amazing! I enjoy the game so much and all the new features and pets being added
I’m starting to get the hang of it. It’s easier to get a higher place finish if you go at less popular times of day. One time I showed up and the event was already full of players so I just stood around and watched for a bit. I’m noticing that sometimes the undersides of the leaves will glow golden and if you hit them with your stream of water you will hear a chime. Is this a bonus in the game? Sally Webkinz or another staffer, do the events run back-to-back in their time slots, or is there down time to reset the event?
You should hop in, since participants get 200 KC if you suceeed. Once a flower blooms another event starts right away, repeating until 30 minutes past the hour. The chime is when you hit the glowing leaf :)

why is it, that when there aren’t a lot of people on when the flower is up, and I go there with a few others and and try to make it bloom, but then it just kicks us out, and gives me 50 kinzcash, even when I was in first place. This might be a glitch, cuz it’s new an all, but I hope you fix it.
If you start a new round before it ends at half past the hour, then it ends before the flower blooms and participants get 50 KinzCash regardless of what place they were in. 1st, 2nd and 3rd only matter if the flower blooms.
