Want to earn some cool NEW prizes? Just look for the “Free Prizes” button in the Thing to Do menu. When you click on it, you’ll have the option to either earn KinzCash or a prize by watching a video advertisement. At the end of the video, you’ll be awarded your prize.
The prizes for watching these video ads are ALL NEW and can’t be won anywhere else. The prize items are awarded randomly, with some of the bigger prizes being rarer than others. You can watch and win up to a total of 10 times per day.
Please note that you’ll need to have your Parent’s Account set to allow 3rd party ads and you’ll need to turn off any ad blockers to participate. When making changes to your Parents Account settings, you will need to click on the link sent in the confirmation email (i.e., the same email used to login to your Parent’s Account) to see the changes take effect. Also make sure you are logged out of your Webkinz account while making changes to your Parents Account settings.
UPDATE (04/13/2018): Please note that once an advertiser’s daily quota is reached, the videos for the ads are automatically capped and the “No ads are available in your area” message will appear. So if you were able to watch video ads one day and not the next, it most likely means that the video ads have been capped for the day and you’ll have to try again tomorrow.
Currently we only have advertisers in North America supplying us with video ads, so only accounts in North America can use this feature.
Since we have been reaching the daily quota for our advertisers with this new feature, we have now turned off the video ads that used to pop up between plays in the Arcade and the room.

I was just coming here to check. This feature has been telling me I have zero videos to watch for several days now. I thought maybe I had done something to disable them but I guess it’s just a glitch from the comments I’ve read. Thanks everyone for posting. It’s always a relief to see that it’s a site issue and not something on my end. :)
For the last three or four days,I have been having ads popping up all the time. When I go to the Icon free prizes,it says I have 0 videos. What is up with that?

Well, ditto what everyone else has already said, it looks like. I am not getting the message that no ads are available in my area, I’m getting the message that I have zero video plays left for the day – even though I haven’t been on yet today. I’m sad.
Same here!!! I’ve gone several days with it saying zero even though I’ve watched no ads! It’s very frustrating.
I guess your not going to fix the free prizes, oh well at least I got a bunch of prizes before it decided not to work any more.
I do not understand why I am being told no videos to watch to earn a prize, but when I go into the arcade, I have to watch a video to get into a game, change a game or watch one to get into other parts of webkinz? Is this a glitch? Also happening to my sister.
What is going on with this feature. It has been days and still no videos to watch for prizes. I am however, still getting the popup videos between rooms. Thought you all turned this aspect off. Can you please give us an update?

Its amazing the ads work all over the place 24/7 but free prices doesn’t.
I would love to be able to get the prizes another way too. I can’t get my add blocker off and I can’t figure out why. Please make another way of getting these prizes!! Maybe a certain arcade game sorta like mazin hamsters except you play with your own pet? Or maybe automatically have a certain pet for it. I really love all of the prizes but I can’t get any. I have to look through trading room and the rare ones no one trades. I’m basically stuck. Please help!!
