OMG Tabby! She’s my favorite! Been a while since we’ve heard from her. Omg all the comments saying it’s possibly the new pet or Arte, I got so excited because I’ve been shipping Arte and Tabby for years now. Both are adventurous (I read somewhere that Tabby like photography and wind surfing and Arte is an explorer) and you have no idea how happy that mere possibility made me! I know it’s most likely not the case and this is a promotional thing for the new pets as usual, but even so, Thank you so much for this gush of joy. Best February ever.
I love the idea of Tabby and Arte! However, logically it would seem that the letters are all coming from the same source and it is logical that they (GANZ) would be doing something to promote the adorable Smitten Kitten.

I would like to express my frustration today when I got on my account. Now, I bought a year of deluxe on Black Friday and still have an active membership.
