Can I adopt my plush pet early?
No. You must adopt your eligible plush pet on April 29, 2026 KinzTime (which is equivalent to Eastern Standard Time).
Do I need to play both games?
No. You can adopt in one game and still receive rewards.
Adopt in both games to receive both prize packs and the bonus reward.
Can I participate more than once?
Yes. Each eligible plush comes with two codes and qualifies for rewards.
Do I receive a physical prize?
No. All rewards are virtual in-game items.
When will I receive my rewards?
Gifts are awarded upon adoption in Webkinz Next. Bonus rewards will be awarded at the end of the day. Classic and Next accounts must use the same username to qualify for the bonus reward. If your accounts are not connected, go to your Next account, click on Options and the use the Create Ganz Account button. Enter your existing Classic username and password to link it to your Next account.

Just looking around the website to see if I could find a retailer near me. I have called the ones listed in Visalia, California and Fresno, California. They do not carry your Webkinz. The store in Fresno remembers carrying them over a decade ago, but not recently. It is nice to have a store locator, but if the locator is not accurate, or carries false information, it is NOT helpful to people who are trying to purchase your products.
HI again…. Just a thought…. a while back there was a promotion on a certain day, where anyone who had sparked a baby “ever” was awarded a special purple bow, sorry I don’t remember the name of it or the event — is there any chance these prizes here could be “back” awarded to all of those players who had already adopted these pets in the past? Just like the “bow” give away was awarded to those who had sparked over a period of time and not just on a specific day. Ususally, Webkinz Day prizes are awarded to ALL and not have extra bonus prizes for just certain groups :(
I believe it was called family appreciation day. There was more than just the bow. They did it a few times the Dahlia Standing Lamp. Beach Towel Wrap. Daffodil Centerpiece and Festive Poinsettia Plant. The last time they did it was July 10th 2025 which was the beach towel wrap.
How are we suppose to take part in this event if there are no plushies to be bought in stores. I’m lucky enough to have 2 stores within an hours drive from your list of retailers listed on your website, but neither store has any idea that they are supposed to be a retailer of Webkinz. Many fans have mentioned the idea of having them available online to buy, but even if this were possible, the processing and shipping times would not allow for this event time. Even having them available in the adoption center would not provide anyone with 2 codes to participate in this event either. Please can you explain how this is suppose to work in reality, or was it just a cool, yet poorly executed idea?
If you buy one plush can you use the code for both Next and Classic or do you have to buy 2 plush for the bridge reward?
Yes, you can use the codes from one plush on both of your linked accounts to get the bridge.
The prizes are so fun and wonderful. I’m very excited about the 2 sparks sodas. I would have to agree that it isn’t fair for people who have already spent tons of money on these pets already and adopted them, don’t have access, or can’t afford purchasing more. Since it is Webkinz day, it would be neat if people adopted a Webkinz on Webkinz day on classic or next they got rewarded a prize. It’s still promoting purchasing a pet, and makes it fun for more people to participate. :)
I agree it is not really fair for those who already have them. I think those who already have them on there accounts should also get something since they have adopted them. This promotion seems more like it is for those who did not the get plush first time round and now that there are more coming to stores they can get them. I have not been able to get any of the first release of plush since they sold out so fast in October .
I hope these exact prizes will happen again next year because the people who already bought these pets and adopted them were blindsided. 20 pets worth of prizes on classic and next just missed out because i didn’t hoard my codes for half a year…

I purchased a pet tiger today, but I don’t see the numbers WK00017 or WK00036 anywhere on my pet’s code. How do I know if it qualifies?
The SKU will appear on a separate tag that will also list the pet’s name. If you have a first generation pet, it would say something like HM032. If you have a Bengal Tiger that looks like the one in the group photo and it has two sets of codes, you have a qualifying pet
I don’t think this idea was thought out very well. It sounds great for some people but there are more people that do not have a store near them. Also, for the people who have already gotten the pets.
You know, if you made the digital versions (classic and next) available too, for those who can’t find a plush, that would be nice.
