On Sunday January 5th, the Emperor Dragon had a retirement giveaway event. Unfortunately there was a small problem with this which caused owners to not receive their item.
We will be doing this event again on Sunday January 26th so be sure to check the Today’s Activities on that date to receive your retirement gift!

Thank you. The extra wheel of wishes was also missed for emperor dragons. It was all given to the POTM instead.
If you mean for the Pot Bellied Pig, they had 2 all day Wheel of Wishes on December 29th. If you had both the Pet of The Month Snow Yeti and the Pot Bellied Pig, then you were only able to do one Wheel of Wishes. :(.
