It stinks that if you become a Deluxe Member there is automatic renewal. If it wasn’t automatic renewal, I would so become a deluxe member.
Automatic renewal can be canceled at any time. Even if you agree to it. Speaking from experience. …boorepko
While it’s an automatic, automatic renewal when a deluxe membership is purchased, you can go back to your account and delete the auto renew afterward. You won’t receive a notice to renew from Webkinz once you delete auto renew and you can’t renew until after the current membership lapses. Hope that helps you decide to become a Deluxe member as the perks are definitely worth the price! PS I buy mine on Black Friday at half price and save it as a gift to use when my membership lapses…
alilkitten, You can shut the automatic renewal off after becoming Deluxe. You just need to access the My Account in your e-store account and turn it off from there. My Deluxe never renews on its own. They do give you that option.
I just cancel the auto renew when I get the email that it is coming up. Then I wait until Jan1st to buy a new deluxe membership when it is really cheap.
You can manage your account so that your Deluxe membership does not automatically renew.

You can turn off auto renew, I did. If I hadn’t, I would still be entitled to the reduced price for additional accounts. Good points and bad points in turning it off.
